Tailwind is built upon the principle that in making strategy happen…our thinking governs our behaviors.
Understanding strategic context and developing insight around a company’s strategy are key enablers for executives and managers to align their actions with where the company is headed. In other words, Strategic Literacy is the critical difference in strategic performance and can literally change the future for companies. And, we find, it’s analogous to Total Quality, in that for most companies it’s an untapped opportunity that is there for the taking.
Tailwind helps companies, organizations, and educational institutions increase their Strategic Literacy with the goal of enhancing each client’s future...in terms of how far they can go, how quickly and confidently they can get there, and how many options and opportunities they can take advantage of along the way.
We are headquartered in Tampa, Florida and have consultants based around North America. All of our consultants are trained in our approach, including our strategic models and concepts that underlie everything we do.
